You can access your project board 24/7 to get upto date information on the status of your project and there is also an app that you can download to your mobile device.

The project board is where all of the magic happens - You will be able to collaborate with our design team via an easy to navigate social media type interface or you can book a telephone call or zoom meeting with your designer via the calender scheduler if you would prefer a more personable approach to handling your project.

3D Laser Homescan & Design Consultation At Your Home

One of our experienced Architectural Designers will come to your home and run through your project with you. Whilst they are there they will also take a 3D laser scan of your home that will allow us to create an extremely accurate 3D model of your home. This means that not only will your plans will be incredibly accurate, we will have an exact replica of your home on file should we need to discuss the project over the phone with yourselves or even your contractor.

Sketch Proposals Within 24 Hours

Once we have met with you at your home your designer will produce sketch proposals of your project within 24 hours so you can be certain we have interpreted all of your wishes.

Drawings Within 10 Working Days

As soon as you approve the sketch proposals we will get to work on your planning drawings and these will be produced within 10 working days

Unlimited Revisions To Your Plans

Yes thats correct! We provide an unlimited revisions guarantee. This means we will revise your drawings until you are completely happy, furthermore any alteratons requested by your local authority will also be carried out at no further charge.

Council Forms & Paperwork Taken Care Of

Our planning and building control support officers will handle all the council forms on your behalf. They will also be on hand to discuss your project with the relevent council departments to ensure there are no delays.
